 REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

 

As PAK Tavuk Gıda Sanayii ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and relevant legislation and legal regulations, and in fulfilment of the Data Controller’s Obligation to Inform, we hereby inform our customers, potential customers, suppliers, visitors, website visitors, and employees of our company regarding the methods of collecting your personal data, the purposes for which your personal data will be processed, to whom they may be transferred, the legal grounds for processing, and your rights.

 

Below you can find information regarding the protection and processing of personal data.

  • Purposes for collecting and processing personal data    

    Your personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling any agreements you have entered into with natural or legal persons with whom our Company has a business relationship, within the framework of contracts or joint commercial activities, as required for the continuity of our commercial activities. Compliance with legislation, primarily the Labour Law, Turkish Commercial Code, Food Legislation, Tax Legislation and Social Security Institution Legislation, fulfilment of information and document storage obligations arising from legal legislation, prevention of fraud, ensuring security, execution of our company’s finance, marketing and purchasing activities, managing our company’s legal processes and providing reliable products and services to employees working with our company or individuals in contact with our company, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in the relevant articles of the KVKK.
  • Categories of personal data to be processed
  1. Our visitors; Identity information of our visitors (for example: name, last name), physical premises security information (for example: camera records),

                                                           – Creation and tracking of visitor records.

                                                           – It will be processed for the purposes of ensuring physical premises

                                                           security.

  1. Our website visitors; The transaction security information (for example: your IP address), identity information, and contact information (for example: your email address) of our online visitors who use our website;

                                        – Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

                                       – Ensuring activities are conducted in compliance with legislation,

                                         – Implementing information security processes,

  • Our customers; Identity information, contact details, customer transaction information (for example: order information), physical premises security information, financial information (for example: balance sheet information), legal transaction information, marketing information (for example: purchase history information) of our individual customers or the authorised representatives and/or employees of our corporate customers;

  • Ensuring physical premises security,

  1. Suppliers; Identity information, contact details, physical premises security information, customer transaction information, financial information, marketing information, legal transaction information of our individual suppliers or authorised representatives of corporate suppliers;

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

– Conducting/monitoring business activities,

– Execution of goods/services purchases processes,

– Conducting finance and accounting operations,

– Execution of contract processes,

– Conducting investment processes,

– Ensuring physical premises security,

– Monitoring and execution of legal affairs.

  • To Whom and for What Purpose Personal Data May Be Transferred

    Your personal data can be transferred  may be transferred to legally authorized public institutions, judicial authorities, other organizations that provide support services for our company’s activities, organizations with which we collaborate where permitted by law, financial institutions, independent audit firms, and banks, in accordance with the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified in the relevant article of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) regarding the transfer of personal data and the relevant article regarding the transfer of personal data abroad limited to the fulfillment of obligations imposed by the relevant legislation
  • Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

    Your personal data is collected through channels such as our Company Headquarters, all our facilities, website, mobile or digital applications, social media, customer meetings, SMS, written/digital applications made to our company’s website and other websites, direct sales teams, support service organisations, and other organisations and individuals authorised to represent our company, through which our company or such organisations and individuals communicate with you or may communicate with you in the future. to the extent permitted by relevant legislation and agreements and within the limits set forth therein, and in cases where it is legally required, with your consent, by accessing the databases of various institutions and organisations. Camera images and internet access information of visitors and employees coming to our Company Headquarters and other facilities are stored.     

    Personal data collected through these methods may be processed and transferred in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in the relevant articles of the Personal Data Protection Law.
  • The Rights of the Data Subject Listed in Article 11 of the KVKK

    As a data subject, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our company using the methods specified below, our company will process your request free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum of thirty days, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the process incurs additional costs, our company will charge the fee specified by the Personal Data Protection Board. 

As a Data Subject you have the following rights in accordance with the Article 11 of the KVKK;

  • To learn whether personal data is processed or not,
  • To request information if personal data has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
  • To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
  • Requesting that personal data be deleted or eliminated as per Article 7 of the LPPD.
  • To request notification of the performed processes in accordance with the paragraphs (d) and (e) of the Article 11 of the LPPD to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
  • To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by

analysing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

  • To demand the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing

of the personal data.      


In this context, pursuant to Article 13(1) of the LPPD, you may submit your request to exercise the rights mentioned above to our company in writing or by other methods to be determined in the future by the Personal Data Protection Board. In that framework, the channels and procedures for submitting your written requests to our company under Article 11 of the LPPD are explained below.

               Data subjects may submit the Application Form, available at www.paktavuk.com.tr , to the Company by

              completing and signing it:

  • After completing the application form, please deliver a copy bearing your wet signature in person or send it by registered post via PTT to the company headquarters at the following address: “Veysel Karani Mahallesi, Osmangazi Caddesi No:219 Sancaktepe-İSTANBUL”.
  • Once the application form has been completed and signed with your ‘secure electronic signature’ under the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070, please send the securely electronically signed form to the email address registered at ‘ paktavuk@hs01.kep.tr ’ or info@paktavuk.com.tr .
